A recipient of a monthly work disability allowance, whose income and spouse's income are low, may claim for income supplement. The claim must be submitted to the Income Support Department of his or her local branch of the National Insurance.
People with work disability are also eligible, in addition to the allowance paid by the National Insurance, to vocational rehabilitation under the conditions set forth by law. The purpose of vocational rehabilitation is to acquire a profession and/or help work integration, according to personal preferences and capacities.
