A Level 2 long-term care benefit is granted to those who have scored between 3.5 and 4.5 dependency points in the functioning capacity examination.
If you were granted a Level 2 long-term benefit – you will receive 10 care hours per week.

Exchanging care hours for money
You can exchange up to 4 care hours for a cash benefit. Each care hour is worth NIS 225 (as of Apr 01, 2024) per month.
For example, you can choose to receive 6 care hours per week as well as cash benefit of NIS 900 (as of Apr 01, 2024) per month.
If you chose a cash benefit, it will be paid on your bank account in the month following your selection.
Receiving long-term care services
You can exchange some personal care hours at home or all of them for long-term care services which include: visit in daycare centers , Kehila Tomechet membership, absorbent products , panic button, and laundry services - the value of the services is detailed in each service's link.
Please note, If you are a recipient of a reduced benefit due to your incomes, you will be entitled to a half benefit in every option you might select.
