Receiving both disabled child benefit and mobility pension


You may receive simultaneously a disabled child benefit and​ a mobility benefit only if at least one of the following conditions is met:

  • A degree of disability for limited mobility has been established for your child at 80%.
  • It has been determined that your child needs a wheelchair and he is actualy using one.
  • It has been determined that, due to his disability, your child cannot to walk and is unable to use a wheelchair.
  • In your family, there are two children that are both disabled, or one of them is disabled and the other has a mobility impairment.

If a member of your family owns a car that was acquired by means of a standing loan which was not repaid, you cannot receive a disabled child allowance.
