by survivors’ insurance: Israeli residentA person whose life is centered in Israel. Criteria for determining this include: Israel is your permanent place of residence, where your family resides, where your children go to school, your primary place of work, or where you are studying. age 18 and over.
If he was not born in Israel – he is insured by survivors' insurance, provided that he first immigrated to Israel before reaching age 60-62, as specified in the following table:

A person who first immigrated to Israel after the age specified in the above table is not covered in survivors' insurance, but his widow and the orphans may be entitled to a special survivors' benefit.
