An orphan who has lost both parents and is receiving two survivors’ pensions, is entitled to a grant by vitrue of the entitlement of each parent.
A child who is living in a boarding school, and the Ministry of Welfare receives his survivor's pension - his/her Bar/Bat Mitzvah grant will not be transferred to the Ministry of Welfare, but rather to the child's family, foster family or guardian.
