The Ministry of Defense's “One Soul” Reform also applies to victims of hostile actions, who receive monthly compensation for the following injuries: post-trauma, mental injury and head injury.
As part of the reform, the injured eligibility for treatment was expanded, in 3 categories: alternative care, psychiatric treatment for disabled children and psychiatric treatment for family members.
