The National Insurance Institute's Counseling Service for the Elderly operates a national support and information call center,

02-6709857. A humane response is given from Sunday through Thursday, between 9:00 and 13:30. 
After its operating hours a voice message and we will call you back.

The call center service is provided by volunteers who have undergone vocational training and will gladly provide you a professional and personal service.

The call center offers information on the following topics:
  • Take-up of rights at the National Insurance Institute;
  • Information on rights and services in the community;
  • Counseling on subjects relevant to senior citizens;
  • Personal support and a sympathetic ear.
  • Help in completing and submitting a claim for long-term care benefits.
