Will resume receiving unemployment benefits if they still have unemployment days left and have not ended their year of unemployment yet.
To that end, they need to resume reporting to Employment Service, and we will renew their eligibility to unemployment benefit.
Those discharged from reserve service and are about to return to service
Will receive a benefit for the additional service as follows:
- If 60 days have not passed between their discharge and the start of the next service - the benefit will be paid based on the calculation made for the previous benefit.
- If 60 days have passed between their discharge and the start of the next service - we will recalculate their benefit based on the 3 months of work preceding the additional reserve service.
