The Fund for victims of terror of the Jewish Agency helps by granting a first aid grant of NIS 4,000 in the following cases:
- Those whose house have incurred a direct hit and is no longer habitable
- Those hospitalized at least overnight due to physical wound (not mental at this stage)
- Those who are breaved parent or widow/widower
For purposes of performing the bank transfer, one must send:
- Photocopy of identity card
- Photocopy of bank account certificate or bank check

Those serving in security forces do not qualify for this benefit.
