Marriage grant
The grant is a one-time grant intended for those who, upon recognition, were either single or divorced.
The amount of the grant varies according to the medical condition as determined by the Medical Boards, and ranges from NIS 20,667 to NIS 43,625.
Tuition participation grant for children released hostages
The grant is paid for each academic year in bachelor's degree, but not more than 4 years. The grant amount is NIS 4,518 (but not beyond 40% of the actual expense).
To receive the grant, the rehabilitation worker must be presented with a grant/loan application form (BL/590), a study certificate and a tuition payment certificate.
Please note, the grant is paid from the second semester.
Convalescence grant
The grant is paid automatically with the June benefit. The amount of the grant varies according to the medical condition as determined by the Medical Boards, and ranges from NIS 5,185 to NIS 13,199.
Annual cooling grant
The grant is paid automatically with the May benefit. The amount of the grant varies according to the medical condition as determined by the Medical Boards and the residential area, ranging from NIS 612 to NIS 1,878.
Please note that this grant will not be paid to those who are in long-term hospitalization (over 6 months) and are not married, those who live in sheltered housing and those who live outside Israel.
Annual heating grant
The grant is paid automatically with the November benefit. The amount of the grant varies according to the medical condition as determined by the Medical Boards and the residential area, ranging from NIS 1,165 to NIS 10,018.
Please note that this grant will not be paid to those who are in long-term hospitalization (over 6 months) and are not married, those who live in sheltered housing and those who live outside Israel.
Annual income tax participation grant
If you paid income tax on work income or pension, you are entitled to an annual grant. The grant is paid automatically with the January benefit. The grant amount is NIS 2,598.
Please note that the grant is paid according to the information received from the Tax Authority. If a grant has not been paid in January, you can send a tax payment certificate to the Hostile Actions Department at the National Insurance branch closest to your place of residence (pay slip, Form 106 for employees or a tax payment certificate for the self'employed).
Telephone expenses participation grant
The grant is paid automatically with the January benefit. The amount of the grant varies according to the medical condition as determined by the Medical Board, and ranges from NIS 151 to NIS 196.
Annual household equipment grant
The grant is paid automatically with the March benefit. The amount of the grant varies according to the medical condition as determined by the Medical Board, and ranges from NIS 799 to NIS 1,152.
Daily equipment grant
The grant is intended for those for whom have been determined at least 40% disability due to incontinence or 100% due to paralysis.
The grant is paid automatically with the July benefit.
- The initial grant amount ranges from NIS 2,551 to NIS 5,102.
- The annual grant amount ranges from NIS 1,061 to NIS 2,126.

Please note that if a lower percentage of disability has been determined or there is incontinence issues related to another recognized injury, you can contact us to check your eligibility for payment of the grant.
Apartment maintenance grant
The grant is intended for people with a special disability degree of 100% +.
The grant is paid to eligible people automatically with the July benefit.
- Amount of the grant when the apartment is owned by the eligible person – NIS 5,705.
- Amount of the grant when the apartment is rented – NIS 11,409.
Please note, in case of paralysis or amputation of both arms or both legs, an increased grant can be obtained.
Clothing grant
The grant is intended for those who require clothing and footwear products adapted to their medical condition or orthopedic devices, depending on the medical condition as recognized by the Medical Boards.
The grant is paid automatically with the June benefit. The amount of the grant varies depending on the medical condition, ranging from NIS 1,840 to NIS 5,571.
Holidays grant (Rosh Hashanah and Passover)
The grant is intended for those who receive a special benefit due to loss of work capacity.
The grant is automatically paid in March and August to those who receive the benefit for at least one year.
- For a parent of children up to age 21 – NIS 691
- Without children – NIS 344.
