Power of attorney


Every representative must submit a power of attorney form signed by the insured before he is allowed to perform actions in the insured's account or receive any information from the National Insurance Institute.

The form should be sent to the National Insurance Institute local branch where the client is registered. Representatives connected to the National Insurance Institute's client representation system should send the power of attorney to the Department of Technological Services at the head office of the NII.

At the end of the form there is a paragraph concerning information on benefits. The representative will be allowed to receive information concerning benefits only if the client signs this part of the form as well.
