A Yeshiva student must pay his own national and health insurance contributions at minimum rates - NIS 145 (as of Jan 01, 2024) per month.
Please note - regarding a soldier in the "Yeshiva Esder" framework who spends part of the period in active military service and another part studying in Yeshiva, the army will pay insurance contributions on his behalf even during his Yeshiva studies.
