On the payment site, you can report on your employees and pay for them by credit card or by bank transfer. There are three options for you to use the payment site:

  • Report and pay
    You can report by importing a file of pay vouchers from most wage software programs to the payment site of the National Insurance Institute, or you can type in the report information.

  • Report only and pay through the bank
    You can report by importing a file of pay vouchers from most wage software programs to the payment site of the National Insurance Institute, or you can type in the report information, leaving the field "actual payment" empty.
    The payment at the bank should be carried out by means of an empty 102 form, only filling out code 12 in the "report code" field and the amount of payment in the "actual payment" field.

  • Pay only
    This option is meant for employers who already submitted their report by means of the payment site or their representative, but have not yet made the payment.
    The payment should be made as follows: indicate code 12 (payment only) in the "report code" field of form 102 and the amount of payment in the "actual payment" field.
