If you have decided to organize a cornerstone ceremony or project inauguration, the organization, production and funding of the fund will be at your own expense.
You are asked to select an event date in coordination with, first and foremost, the secretary of National Insurance Funds, about two months prior to event date, for purpose of inviting senior executives.
Guest list
It is advised to prepare a list of guests invited to the event, which includes the Director of the helping fund, the Director of the National Insurance branch, public figures, government ministry officials, municipality representatives, philanthropic funds representatives, donors and stakeholders.
Invitations
It is necessary to display the logo of the National Insurance Funds upon the event invitation next to the logo of the assisted body and project partners.
The order of speeches will be established according to the level of assistance allocated by each project partner.
