The entitlement for reasons of equity will NOT be
paid if a benefit is a benefit is paid under the National Insurance Law.
If in the future another benefit is paid by the National
Insurance, the payment of the entitlement for reasons of equity will be
discontinued.
Example:
A widow who receives an entitlement for reasons of equity (instead
of a survivors' pension), and is eligible for an old-age pension, will stop receiving
payment of the entitlement for reasons of equity.
