If you have been dismissed or sent on unpaid leave – we recommend that you file a claim for old-age pension
and unemployment benefit.
We will examine your eligibility and inform you which benefit is higher.
The period of unpaid leave entitling to unemployment benefit is:
30 days - for those sent on unpaid leave until 31.7.2020
14 days - for those sent on unpaid leave between 1.8.2020 and 30.6.2021
30 days - for those sent on unpaid leave from 1.7.2021 onwards
Please note, if you receive a partial old-age pension due
to work income – you must notify us about work stoppage so that we can
recalculate the amount of the pension to which you are entitled. You can
