Entitlement to mobility benefits for recipients of attendance allowance

The recipient of an attendance allowance who also meets all conditions of entitlements to mobility benefits - will have to choose between one of the two benefits.

There is no need to choose between the two benefits and it is possible to receive both benefits in the following cases:

• He is entitled to receive the attendance allowance at a rate of at least 100%.
  or
  
• A mobility limitation degree of 100% has been determined for him.
  or
  
• A medical committee of the Health Bureau has determined that he needs and actually uses a wheelchair.
