People with impaired mobility who wish to apply to the driving lessons program run by the National Insurance Institute (NII), need to submit an application for driving lessons on a special vehicle, to the Mobility Department of the NII branch nearest their place of residence.
The application may be sent by means of the website, by mail, fax, or to the service box of the local NII branch.
Those not holding a driver license - also have to fill out an application to issue a driver license, online on the Ministry of Transport website, before submitting an application to the NII.
