An annual grant for clothing is paid to disabled people with unique impairments or disabled people who use medical orthopedic devices.
The amount of the grant is determined according to the degree of disability and the type of injury, and is paid in levels.
Grant amount: NIS 1,627 – NIS 4,926 (depending on the level).
Who is eligible for an annual clothing grant?
- Disabled people wearing a prosthesis, a long orthopedic device or a permanent orthopedic belt.
- Disabled people with the following types of impairment: paraplegia, quadriplegia with a degree of disability of 100% or more, two amputated legs, two amputated hands or amputated hand and foot with a degree of disability of 100% or more, those paralyzed or blind with a degree of disability of 100% or more.
How the grant can be obtained?
Eligibility for the grant is examined after the Medical Board's decision on the percentage of disability and the category of impairment, and it is paid automatically with the June benefit.
