New: Telephone service for hearing-impaired people through sign language interpreter

As part of our action to make our service accessible to hearing-impaired people, from now on you will be able to be provided services from the call center through an interpreter in sign language.

  • The service is provided from Sunday through Thursday, between 08:00 and 17:00.
  • To receive this service you need to use the "Sign Now"  application, on this link.
  • For specific requests and questions about the application, you can contact the customer care of the Sign Now on WhatsApp, at 050-3060461 or on this link.
