In the personal area, under the right menu, you can click on personal information, "update contact information" and "change contact information".
In the first step, the email address must be updated. The options that will appear on the screen are: "
- I confirm that my email address is:...",
- "I do not have an email address or do not wish to use it",
- "I want to update my email address."
After clicking on "I wish to update...", you can enter a new email address. After that, a screen will appear in which the insured will have to enter a verification code that was sent to him/her by e-mail.
After entering the verification code, you can proceed to the next screen where the cell phone number must be entered.
As in the previous step, at the stage of entering the cell phone number the following options will also appear :
- "I confirm that my cell phone number is:...",
- "I don't have a cell phone or don't want to use it",
- "I would like to update my cell phone number", and here too, it will be necessary to enter the verification code that will be sent to the insured by SMS message on the cell phone.
In the following steps, you can update both the landline phone number (or declare that you do not have one) and the mailing address, without having to enter a verification code.
As a last step, click "Confirm" to confirm the changes or click "Back" to go back and make corrections if necessary.
