You will be eligible for a grant if you meet all of these conditions:
Your employer must submit a claim for you online on the National Insurance website for each month separately, at the beginning of the month following the month of work. For example: for the month of December a claim can be submitted from the beginning of January.
Please note, before submitting the claim, your employer must provide us with your monthly salary data (Form 100). Without the transmission of the form we will not be able to process the claim.
You should declare through a SMS message that you will be sent from the National Insurance that you have not worked in the agriculture or construction sectors in the months of July, August and September 2023.

The employee will receive the grant into his bank account as updated with the National Insurance.

One cannot receive both promotion and incentive grants in the same month.
Whoever is eligible for both a promotion grant and an incentive grant in the same month – will receive the highest of the two grants.

No additional documentation is required at this time.
Your employer needs to fill out a claim for you. If fails to do so, you can also visit the National Insurance website and fill out a claim. The identification on the form will be done using an ID number, date of birth and one of the following means of identification: the date of issuance of the ID, your bank account information updated at the National Insurance or credit card information in your name.
You have to open a bank account in your name and update your bank account information on the National Insurance website.
