This form is intended for submission of a claim for income support benefit.

Please note,

  • In light of the current situation, slower execution and error may happen upon opening the form - if so, please try again after a few minutes.
  • The income support benefit is subject to a means test. It is advised to use an eligibility check simulator, before submitting a claim.
  • If you receive an old-age or survivors pension - you need to complete an form for income supplement (430).
  • The benefit is paid from the month of submission of the claim. Therefore, in case of difficulties in attaching required documents, you are able to send them after submitting the claim in order to avoid postponement of the eligibility date for the benefit.

You will not be entitled to a benefit if you meet one of the following criteria:

  • You are single and working, and earning above NIS 3,428 (as of Jan 01, 2024) per month.
  • You are studying in a Yeshiva.
  • You are a member of a kibbutz or moshav - under certain conditions.
  • You own or use a car (motorcycle included) worth over NIS 44,611 (as of Jan 01, 2024), unless you are using the vehicle for medical purposes or under certain conditions.

If you are married, and your spouse meet these requirements - you will not be able to qualify for the benefit.
