Survivors pension
A person whose spouse (recognized as a common-law spouse or married by the Ministry of the Interior) has died may be entitled to a monthly survivors pension from the National Insurance, in the same way as heterosexual spouses.

Survivors grant
A person whose spouse (recognized as a common-law spouse or married by the Ministry of Interior) has died and is not entitled to a survivors pension - may be entitled to a monthly survivors grant from National Insurance, in the same way as heterosexual spouses.
Special survivors pension
The National Insurance pays a special survivors allowance to the widow and orphans of an uninsured Israeli resident who immigrated to Israel after the age of 62-60.
A woman whose spouse immigrated to Israel after the age of 65-60 and is therefore not entitled to a survivors pension, may be entitled to a special survivors allowance (this entitlement does not apply to male couples).

Payment of uncollected old-age pension
A spouse (recognized as common-law spouse or married by the Ministry of the Interior) of a deceased old-age pension beneficiary is entitled to the balance of the old-age pension due to the deceased and not yet paid.
Dependent's benefit for family members of a person who died in an accident at work
A spouse (recognized as a common-law spouse or married by the Department of the Interior) of a person who has died as a result of a work-injury may be entitled to a work-injured dependents benefit.
