The National
Insurance Institute operates a national call center available at *6050 or 04-8812345 from any landline or
cellular telephone.
The service is
provided from Sunday through Thursday between 8:00-17:00 in 4 languages: Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and Amahric.
To receive telephone service one must have ready an
ID number and pin codeEnables the maintenance of secrecy and the right to privacy. This is a personal card upon which a four-digit code is engraved. By means of this code you can receive personal services at any self-service stand, as well as at the national call center and by phone with your local NII branch. In this way the National Insurance Institute ensures that the information it provides will reach only the person who is authorized to receive it. .
A person without a pin code can order it online here or
via the telephone center, and the code will be sent to their home.
Services provided at the call center
include: General information, queries and personal
information, ordering permits, paying insurance debts, and ordering
payment stubs and forms.
One cannot submit claims, documents or report
changes in personal information over the telephone.
A person can submit documents directly to a clerk online, and submit online claims directly through the website.
