Dear reservists coming from overseas to volunteer, please note!
To enable you to receive payment for your service, we inquired to obtain your personal details from IDF:
- If the IDF transferred your data to us - you will receive an automatic payment on your bank account (even if you gave a bank account abroad).
- If you have not received the benefit yet, and do not possess an Israeli ID - you are to send by email at idf.il@214202749 the following documents: a passport photocopy + Form 912 + bank account certificate, you also need to indicate your personal IDF identification number.
You may also receive de benefit through the following channels:
1. On your Israeli bank account or that of a relative or a friend
To that end, you are to send us by email at idf.il@214202749 the following documents:
A signed letter mentioning your personal IDF identification number, in which you declare requesting the reserve service benefit you are due to be paid on the bank account of .... with bank account details.
Bank account certificate.
2. At the postal bank
- This option is only available to those who hold an issued and valid ID.
- Those who wish to receive the benefit through the postal bank are to send us by email at idf.il@214202749 a signed letter mentioning their personal IDS identification number, in which they declare requesting to receive the reserve service benefit through the postal bank.
- Please note that one may withdraw up to 4 months worth of reserve service benefits in cash in any branch across the country, upon presentation of a valid ID.
