  • Receiving credit balance returns in the insured's name.
  • Signing, in the insured's name, a declaration stating that he no longer resides in Israel. This declaration must be signed by the insured in person.
  • Signing in the insured's name a declaration concerning decrease of insurance payment imprests. This declaration must be signed by the insured in person, and a certification from a tax consultant or an accountant must be attached.
  • Signing, in the insured's name, a declaration stating that he is no longer self employed. This declaration must be signed by the insured in person.
  • Signing, in the insured's name, a request for a benefit, or waiving or settling regarding a benefit part of it.
