Persons who are not registered as members of an HMO and cannot register online or at a post office branch must check their status at the NII:
Has their residence been renewed
Have they been determined to be temporary residents
Have 90 days passed since their aliya
Have 90 days passed since release from the army/prison
If any of the above apply, they must register for the HMO of their choice at the NII branch closest to their place of residence.
