The
insurance debt is not defrayed.
If
the Nationa Insurance Institute does not manage to collect the debt by the enforcement and
implementation means of the ordinance, it may request that the court declare
the insured person/employer one of the following legal options:
- Bankrupt
- In
receivership
- Liquidation
