The fund promotes new ideas and initiatives according to the criteria below:
   
  • There is an active commitment to continued operation of the project.
  • There is a commitment to complete the assistance funding (the Fund will work towards pooling resources for the project).
  • The programs are accessible and available for the entire elderly community in the area.
  • Priority is given to a program that ensures that elderly people with disabilities remain in the community.
