Those receiving dependents’ benefits are not eligible to receive other benefits from the National Insurance Institute at the same time, except for child allowances. However, a child whose two parents were killed in a work accident is eligible for payment of a dependents’ benefit on the basis of the father as well as on the basis of the mother.
