Counseling and personal therapy
The rehabilitation workers of the branches of the National Insurance (social workers with a special training) will contact the families immediately after the hostile action, and will remain at their disposal to provide counseling, instructions and guidance for each issue related to the rehabilitation in terms of psychological, social and legal matters, the latter concerning the take-up rights or various services.
Psychologic therapy
In addition to counseling given by rehabilitation workers, the spouse of the victim (widower, widow or common law couple), orphans, bereaved parents and bereaved siblings are eligible for the financing of psychologic therapy, when, by the rehabilitation worker's assessment, this therapy can contribute to improve their emotional and functioning situation.
The therapy financing is given under an agreement between the eligible person and the rehabilitation worker concerning the problems that needs to be addressed, the goals of the therapy, the assessment of the ability to be helped by the therapy and the required type of therapy, as well as the specialization of the therapist.
