Repeat rehabilitation

People with a disability degree of 20% and above and under the age of 55 who have received means for rehabilitation from the National Insurance Institute in one of the rehabilitation tracks and whose rehabilitation has failed, are entitled to repeated rehabilitation under the following conditions:

  • Their recognized disability has been a main factor in the failure of their rehabilitation.
  • Their disability has deteriorated.

For that purpose, they should submit a request to be regarded as unrehabilitated, through their attending rehabilitation worker, to the Department's supreme appeal committee, and request the approval of repeated rehabilitation.
