The claim should be submitted on the Claim form for a Survivors’ Pension. The form contains a list of the documents that must be attached to the form.
Please note, it is advised to submit a claim for survivors' pension within 12 months of the date of death.
If the claim is submitted after this time limit, it will be possible to receive the pension for a retroactive period of up to 12 months at most.
