A self-employed worker whose claim for paternity allowance was denied because he did not pay insurance contributions by the time of childbirth, can submit an application of entitlement for reasons of equity.
An application of entitlement for reasons of equity will be examined according to the tests, principles and documents prescribed by the Regulations.
