Violent events in Amsterdam


​Treatment of victims

The pogrom that took place in Holland against the supporters of Maccabi Tel-Aviv is recognized as a hostile action.

The supporters who were in attendance and got injured in this event will receive assistance upon their return in the country from the National Insurance as victims of terror actions.

With the communication and receipt of names of injured individuals from relevant agents, the personnel of National Insurance's Rehabilitation Department will contact the families and provide them with immediate response as well as funding of mental health through resilience centers.

Emotional and mental assistance

Following the violent events in Amsterdam, the Health Ministry has started offering emotional response and mental assistance for the victims of violent actions perpetrated in against Israelis in Holland.

The Health Ministry set up a hotline for emotional assistance (through the "Mashavim" association, resilience centers) which operates today and tomorrow from 6:00 to 12:00, Israel time).
