The Hostile Actions Casualties Department of the National Insurance calls on local authorities, public institutions and nonprofit association to apply for financial aid with respect to group commemoration in memory of victims of hostile actions.
Aid will be granted for undertaking projects such as: monument construction or renovation, memorial room, book writing, movie production and the like. A request can only be filed for one commemoration project.
Eligibility for and amount of financial aid will be determined by the Committee of Group Commemorations for Victims of Hostile Actions, according to criteria and proceedings set forth in the following document

How to submit an aid request?
To apply for aid, please fill out the Aid Request for Group Commemoration Form (BL/373).
Application forms must be hand delivered to:
National Insurance Institute, Hostile Actions Casualties Department.
HaZvi Street 11, corner of Yirmyahou, Jerusalem.
The envelope should carry the following mention: "Attn: Committee of Aids for Group Commemoration for Victims of Hostile Actions".
Please note, the application must be submitted by 13.7.2023 at 12:00. Requests submitted passed this deadline will not be processed and returned to the sender.
Please note, too, that the call for proposals for support to collective commemoration published on 30.5.23 contains an accessible form. Please attach the fill-out version of this form (BL/373).
