I am a discharged soldier I did not complete 3 years of service I was discharged after one year and two months, due to my health condition. May I be entitled to the grant?

A soldier released from duty for health reasons is regarded as a discharged soldier, to any extent, even if he did not achieve 3 years of service, and may therefore be eligible for the grant.
