Recognition of the event as a terrorist act is determined by the certifying authority of the Ministry of Defense, and these days, due to the exceptional situation, many actions are being taken to provide an immediate response with benefits and assistance to casualties and families.
Immediately after the terrorist act, employees of the National Insurance Institute's Rehabilitation and Hostile Actions Departments contact the hospitals and hospitalized individuals and provide counseling, guidance and direction according to needs.
However, there are anxiety victims or people who have been mentally injured and have not necessarily been evacuated to medical institutions. It is important for them to know that they may be eligible for therapies and grants from the National Insurance.
