A request for an equity grant may be submitted by a self-employed person whose claim for benefit from the NII was denied due to his non-payment of insurance contributions on time, or by a family member of a deceased self-employed person, whose claim for a survivors' pension or dependents' pension in Work Injury Insurance was denied due to a debt of the deceased in insurance contribution payments.
