Services available at the self-service station:
Authorizations of benefits – Authorizations of payments and entitlement to most benefits;
Authorization regarding insurance contributions – Account information and authorizations for income tax purposes;
Authorizations regarding insurance – Authorizations of work periods and types of work, according to NII listings;
Authorizations regarding health insurance – Authorization of membership in sick funds;
Summary of information regarding unemployment benefits;
Summary of information regarding insurance and collection of contributions.
Use of the self-service station is simple and user-friendly. Every action is accompanied by the appropriate guidance. The instructions are given in three languages: Hebrew, Arabic and Russian.
To use the self-service station, you must have your ID number and a pin code. If you do not have a pin code, you can order one at your local NII branch or by contacting one of our hotlines – *6050 or 1-222-6050 – on Sunday-Thursday between8:00-15:00 . The code will be sent to your home address, according to the NII listings.
If a pin code already exists for you, the hotline will always ask you for it. If you do not know your pin code and would like to receive it, please ignore the request to punch in the code and wait to be transferred to a service representative; then ask him/her to send the pin code to your address.
